Snow Angel #1 (Dark Horse)
I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t know what I really read after I was done with this. Quirky stories, maybe aimed at all ages? I liked it but I don’t know what it was really about other than 2 fun stories for anyone. I can’t say it is something everyone will enjoy though.

Godzilla: The Half Century War #5 (IDW)
This series has been incredible. Not just because it’s the most interesting and visually stunning Godzilla story I’ve ever read, but because it was one of the best miniseries I’ve read in the last year. If you missed out on this pick up the trade, it’s awesome!

Abe Sapien #1 (Dark Horse)
I’ve been out of the BPRD-Verse for a while but wanted to pick this up and check it out. Great art, ok first issue that gets you caught up with what’s happening. I want to read more.

Skybreaker #1 (Monkeybrain)
Compelling new western comic. A revenge tale, nothing particular new or a big twist but enough to make me want to read more, especially at a .99 price point.

Thanos Rising #1 (Marvel)
Jason Aaron is pretty much a sure thing these days. This is no exception. While I dont know if I was asking for a Thanos origin story, this is very interesting and the art is great.
