Ludicrous Speed ReviewsEdison Rex #17 (Monkeybrain)
I enjoy this series a lot and after a long hiatus its back! You can jump on right here or go back and read all the fun that came before.

Bounty #1 (Dark Horse)
I wanted to like this a lot more than I did. The art is dynamic and looks really good but the story felt tired and the dialogue out of place for the story setting.

Throwaways #1 (Image)
I like the premise of this book a lot but the execution didn’t hook me as much as I had hoped. This first issue felt long rather than packed, tedious at points. I’ll probably give it another issue but I can’t say it’s a must read.

I have to be honest, I did not like the art in this first issue. BUT it grew on me more towards the end. The story is one I could hook into pretty easy and I enjoyed it a lot. I personally will read more. I think it’s worth checking out at the LCS.

The Flintstones #1 (DC)
This first issue is a brilliant satire of modern society set in the backdrop of the ancient past. Great art, great writing. Don’t miss this.
