Joe’s 5:

  • Scatterlands #1 from Image Comics
  • Adventure Time: Candy Capers #1 from KabOOM
  • Superman Unchangled #2 from DC Comics
  • Ghosted #1 from Image Comics
  • Justice League #22 from DC Comics (This was accidentally deleted from the episode! Here is Joe’s written review:
“The Trinity War begins here if anybody cares! This was a pretty decent issue, with Shazam finally showing up in the main story, and the Justice League of America confronting the main League for the first time. Great art by Ivan Reis, Joe Prado, and Oclair Albert. BUT, the dialogue buy Johns is so obvious and ham-fisted that it’s distracting. Pandora tells Superman and Wonder Woman “with your help, I can FOREVER eradicate EVIL.” We GET IT already…you’ve got a crossover to build to. GEEZ! I know Johns is better than this. I KNOW it. SKIM IT.”)

Matt’s 5:

  • Chrono Commandos: Dawn Patrol #1 from Titan Comics
  • Night of the 80s Undead #1 from Action Lab
  • George R.R. Martin’s Skin Trade #1 from Avatar
  • Sheltered #1 from Image Comics
  • True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys #2 from Dark Horse Comics
