Welcome back to the Answer of the Week, where Joe and Matt give their answers to the THN Question of the Week along with YOUR audio responses!
The comic industry lost one its true greats recently, when writer/artist Darwyn Cooke lost his battle with cancer at age 53. Cooke’s death is a real blow to many, even fans who only knew him through his incredible body of work. Friend of THN Chase Magnett suggested that we use this week’s QOTW to celebrate the life and work of the man that meant so much to so many. So with that in mind, we want you to use your two minutes to discuss what Darwyn Cooke meant to you. It can be as simple as sharing your favorite piece of Cooke’s work – be it a graphic novel, series, single scene from one of his comics, or even a cover/pin-up. Or you can get more personal and discuss a favorite memory you have involving Cooke’s work, or a real life interaction you had with him at a convention or store signing.
If you want to participate in the Answer of the Week, leave your response to our weekly Question on the THN Forums OR call in an audio message via the Ziggurat Hotline (402-819-4894) or Skype (username: twoheadednerd)!
