Welcome back, Faithful Listenerds! An extra-length Episode 27 is here to make up for last week’s catastrophic failure. In this episode, Joe and Matt don their furry underpants in anticipation of the return of He-Man mini comics, bust out the jelly beans for the return of Nicholas Cage’s Ghost Rider, and get all Denny Crane up in this piece as they react to the recent Kirby Estate vs. Marvel ruling. Since this month (should have) had five episodes, the new THN Top Five segment debuts to provide a special treat to keep the four-week format on track! First up: THN’s Top Five WORST fifth week events!

This week, Matt gets in the ring with La Mano del Destino from Castle and Key Publications. Click the publisher’s name in the previous sentence to learn more about J. Gonzo’s amazing project! Speaking of things that are amazing, Joe has a lot to say about Amazing Spider-Man #666 from Marvel. For next week, things are taking a dark turn as Matt picks Marvel’s Punisher #1 and Joe chooses Severed #1 from Image as their books to watch. This may be a sign of emotional problems.
