The Thyme Bubble
In a cocktail glass with ice pour;
2 oz of Bourbon (nothing trashy, Makers Mark or better)
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Stir and strain into a coupe, garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
