Ludicrous Speed ReviewsThe Biggest Bang #1 (IDW)
I really liked the frenetic style of the first series and this second volume continues the same pace. Breaking boundaries. A ton of fun to read.

Archangel #1 (IDW)
A solid first issue with decent art, but I don’t know if the story is all that fresh. Fun read, but not a must so far.

Future Quest #1 (DC)
I don’t really care about a lot of these characters but this creative team works great together. Even the fill in pages looked fairly consistent and worked well. I want to read more.

Mae #1 (Dark Horse)
There was a lot I liked about this first issue but some of it didn’t click with me the way I had wanted. The art is interesting but felt too digital to fully immerse myself. So far, the setup doesn’t feel particularly original, but I’d like to see the hook in the next issue.

Brutal Nature #1 (IDW)
There is a lot of good action and some fantastic use of old tropes in this first issue. I’m not a huge fan of Olivetti’s art but the digital feel isn’t as huge as it can be in this.
