THN Extra: Remembering George Pérez

Welcome to a very special THN Extra: Remembering George Pérez. Mr. Pérez passed away on March 6th, 2022 following a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a titan in the comics industry (no pun intended), co-creating or redefining countless characters and even entire comic book universes. His art graced the pages of some of the most popular and critically-acclaimed titles of all time, including The New Teen Titans, The Avengers, Justice League of America, Wonder Woman, Hulk, Deadly Hands of Kung Fu, and, of course, Crisis on Infinite Earths. He inspired aspiring artists and fellow professionals alike. It created unbreakable bonds of friendship between fans and brought innumerable new readers to comics. It’s not too much of a stretch to say that THN probably wouldn’t exist without him. Please join us in honoring his life and legacy with this special memorial by Jason Sacks.
