Welcome to Episode 44 of the Two-Headed Nerd Comicast! In this episode, Joe and Matt discuss the merits of a nose-less Lizard in the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man film and the record-shattering sale of Nick Cage’s copy of Action Comics #1. This week also features the debut of a new segment, Catching Up on the Pile, where THN takes a minute to talk about the some titles that have been gathering dust on their comic stacks. Plus, Ask A Nerd is back with a question from Jesse about the rumors that Bruce Wayne will DIE in Dark Knight Rises!

This week, Joe gets trippy with his review of Haunt #19 from Image Comics and Matt hops in a rickety rocket to Mongo in his review of Flash Gordon Zeitgeist #1 from Dynamite. For next week, Joe throws a curbeball by picking Vertigo’s Hellblazer Annual #1 by Peter Milligan and Simon Bisley. Matt stays true to form by picking yet another Marvel book: Defenders #1 by Matt Fraction and Terry Dodson.
