This series had some of the best action scenes I’ve read in a long time. Bloody, violent and a great read. If you didn’t get the singles pick up the trade!

C.O.W.L #1 (Image)
I like the premise of this story and will read more but I found the first half of the issue confusing. Party the art and partly the writing this didn’t hit the mark for me the way I wanted but it did enough for me to give it another chance.

A great creative team on this and a strong first issue. If you are into horror you will want to pick this up.
